Swimming Distance Clinic

Work BYU Swimming Head Coach Shari Skabelund and her staff at the BYU Swimming Distance Clinic this summer! Using methods that have helped the Cougars capture multiple conference titles, the staff has a training regimen that will help you improve in a number of different areas.

The Distance Clinic will focus on endurance sets and focus on longer swimming. Along with distance training, this clinic will also focus on distance racing strategies. The Distance Clinic will use equipment and those attending should bring an equipment bag.

The Distance Clinic will be held at the newly renovated pool on the campus of BYU. These clinics will run from 10 AM to 2 PM on Friday and then from 10 AM - Noon on Saturday. On Friday, there will be a 1 hour break for lunch. Lunch will be provided.

Check-In to be held at the BYU swimming pool at 9:30 AM on the first day of the clinic.

Bring your swimsuit and goggles and come ready to swim.

The BYU Distance Clinics have a limited enrollment so register as soon as possible.

This is not an overnight camp.


BYU Sports Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by age, gender, and space in the camp.
