Speed and Strength Camp
The BYU Speed & Strength Camp is a premier program tailored to athletes seeking a competitive advantage in sport. Led by BYU Coach Zach Stetler, our four-week training block emphasizes explosive development through sprinting, plyometric training, and a wholistic approach to weightlifting. Highlights during Coach Stetler's coaching career includes directing the strength and conditioning programs for:
- Olympic Games and World Championships Athletes
- Professional Athletes
- NCAA Champions
- NCAA All-Americans
Held twice a week in BYU's student-athlete weight room (located in the Smith Fieldhouse), participants benefit from a focused and controlled training environment. With a low participant-to-coach ratio in each session, Coach Stetler can prioritize individualized attention and deliver high-quality instruction. Rooted in the principles of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and BYU's mission, our camp offers a unique blend of professional expertise and uplifting surroundings.
