Fall Conditioning Camp
This camp will be geared towards conditioning for track and field sprinters and hurdlers, but is open to all High School athletes looking to get prepared for their upcoming season. Spend 14 days with Coach Kyle Grossarth as he prepares you for your season using the same principles he uses for his collegiate track athletes. You will build speed endurance, strength, power, and movement efficiency as you train using stairs, hills, sleds, and other modalities to improve your overall capacity. There will be a minor emphasis on technique as you get in shape and prepare yourself for the upcoming season. Sessions will be held at the BYU Outdoor Track while weather permits.
These sessions are open to girls and boys and will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays. This camp is open to high school freshmen through seniors. These sessions are open to all levels but will move quickly and progressively.

Mondays and Wednesdays (excluding November 10, 12)

Location: BYU Outdoor Track, SFH Indoor Track
