Are you looking to get faster as you prepare for the 2026 track season? Join BYU Men’s and Women's Sprints and Hurdles Coach Kyle Grossarth for an intensive 14 sessions of training. Develop proper sprint and hurdle technique as you work toward your 2026 season. Receive direct coaching and feedback from a coach who has mentored over 20 NCAA All-Americans and has over 20 years of NCAA Division I coaching experience.

Coach Grossarth will be coaching two separate camps. The Sprint Camp will run from 5 - 6 P.M. The Hurdle Camp will run from 6 - 7 P.M.

Sprint sessions will be an hour long and will consist of up to 12 athletes. Sessions will focus on developing sprint technique, speed, and explosiveness. Learn proper biomechanics in sprinting through video and stride analysis. Improve your block start and acceleration on your way to faster times.

Hurdle sessions will be an hour long and will consist of up to 12 athletes. Sessions will focus on developing proper hurdle technique, rhythm, and speed between hurdles and explosiveness. Learn proper sprinting and hurdling biomechanics through video analysis. Improve your start and explosiveness, and learn the importance of touchdown time and efficiency over the hurdles.

These sessions are open to girls and boys and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This camp is open to high school freshmen through seniors. These sessions are open to all levels but will move quickly and progressively.
