Sprint and Hurdle Camps
Are you looking to get faster as you prepare for the 2024 track season? Join BYU Men’s and Women's Sprints and Hurdles Coach Kyle Grossarth for an intensive 4 weeks of training. Develop proper sprint and hurdle technique as you work toward your 2024 season. Receive direct coaching and feedback from a coach who has mentored over 20 NCAA All-Americans and has over 20 years of NCAA Division I coaching experience.
Coach Grossarth will be coaching two separate camps. The Sprint Camp will run from 5 - 6 P.M. in the Annex of the Smith Fieldhouse. The Hurdle Camp will run from 6 - 7 P.M. in the Annex of the Smith Fieldhouse.
Sprint sessions will be an hour long and will consist of 8-12 athletes. Sessions will focus on developing sprint technique, speed, and explosiveness. Learn proper biomechanics in sprinting through video and stride analysis. Improve your block start and acceleration on your way to faster times.
