Strength and Conditioning Camp
Welcome to the BYU Strength and Conditioning Sports Camp, a premier program tailored for 9th-12th graders seeking to enhance their athletic abilities. Our four-week sessions, led by NCAA accredited coaches, will delve into key aspects like weightlifting, plyometrics, speed, agility, and sports conditioning.
Held twice a week in BYU's student-athlete weight room in the Smith Fieldhouse, participants benefit from a focused and controlled training environment. With a low participant-to-coach ratio in each session, our coaches can prioritize individualized attention and deliver high-quality instruction. Rooted in the principles of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and BYU's mission, our camp offers a unique blend of professional expertise and uplifting surroundings.

Camp 1, June 3-26, 2024:

Camp 2, July 1-25, 2024:
Monday and Wednesday each week
Camp will not be held on Pioneer Day, July 24. Final day will be Thursday, July 25.
