Swimming Sprint Clinic
Come join the BYU Swimming Head Coach Shari Skabelund and her coaching staff at the BYU Swimming Sprint Clinics this summer! Using methods that have helped the Cougars capture multiple conference titles, the staff has put together a training regimen that will help you improve in a number of different areas.
The main focus of these two-day clinics will be on improving starts, turns and finishes for the sprinting races and the back to breast IM turns. We will also be teaching methods of resistance training sets and reaction drills to improve on your sprinting.
The sprint clinics will be held at the newly renovated pool on the campus of BYU. These clinics will run from 10 AM to 2 PM on Friday and then from 10 AM - Noon on Saturday. On Friday, there will be a 1 hour break for lunch. Lunch will be provided.
Check-In to be held at the BYU swimming pool at 9:30 AM on the first day of the clinic.
Bring your swimsuit and goggles and come ready to swim.
The BYU Swimming Sprint Clinics have a limited enrollment so register as soon as possible.
This is not an overnight camp.
