Tennis Strength & Conditioning Camp
This 4-week tennis strength camp is designed to be performed twice per week and combines sprint work, plyometrics, and targeted strength training to improve power, speed, and on-court endurance. Each session begins with short sprints to enhance acceleration and change-of-direction quickness, followed by explosive plyometric drills to build reactive strength and agility. The workout finishes with strength training focused on the lower body, core, and upper body to improve stability, shot power, and injury reduction. Over four weeks, athletes will develop stronger, faster, and more efficient movement patterns that directly transfer to improved tennis performance.
